"Continuity" usually refers to storyboards and maybe settei. I have a couple of AKIRA artbooks that reprint the full storyboards for the movie and these are named "The Continuity of AKIRA".
But as Joe recommends, it'd be ideal to have the URL of the item in question since it'd be easier to make suggestions based on the rest of the auction's description and picture(s)

Yes, in my experience "conte" or "continuity" means a storyboard. See Key's Little Anime Cel FAQ on the topic. Usually contes are photocopied, but occasionally the originals will come up too. I have an original conte for an obscure adventure series called "Condition Green," while both Acetate Addiction and Stem Cels have original Miyuki-chan in Wonderland storyboards.

Like everyone said, continuity means storyboard. Conti is short for continuity, and if you watch credits in Japanese, they use the word conti (コンティ) when refering to the people who did the work on the storyboard.

Copy in Japanese is copy (or more accurately, kopii). :D Here's the katakana you'll see if the auction is talking about a copy: コピー

The ones I see up FA now by howdy.com (Midori's YJ handle) are marked "コピー" (copy) in the description. That's the norm, unfortunately, though some originals do come up for sale. In general, though, when this happens, the seller highlights this fact in the description, using a term that OCN's translation engine renders "autograph."

Good luck, kira!
