and our business will be broken. Or maybe give you a lower price if you dont like how it turned outI am only a beginner at these, i use acrylic paint and transparent paper. With Screen caps i can sometimes put in a printed background with the cel to enhance it. Note my cels are not perfect, but i will try my best.
