How-to on screen capture

Hi

Can anyone teach me how to do a screen capture? If the instructions are too long, you can PM me too. I'm trying to be more exact in my wishlist description

The shows I have are either in digital video format or VCDs. Thanks!

Usually, I use virtualdubmod when dealing with files that I've downloaded. You move to the frame you want, then do a copy or snapshot to get it.

Hi Cordelia.

I use either PowerDVD or BS Player for grabbing the screencaps I need. There are other programs you can use as well. I think Irfanview (free program) lets you take them as well.

I usually use Power DVD, but I got one more called VLC media player which is free
