Most expensive cel to date

Well, I always say "never say never," and that has recently come true with a price tag on a new cel. I always said that I'd never spend that much, and silly me, how could I swear such a thing.

You can find him in the Inuyasha-himself section. Oh yeah, I updated with Bleach too, for those who aren't into the dog-eared demon.

I really think that with this addition, I'm done with Inuyasha collecting. But there's that implied "never" word again.

Great cel, but it needs a better scan. Scan it in pieces and send or bring them over or bring the cel and I will put them together. Don't even need beer.

That is indeed the quintessential Inuyasha shot... I've only seen a few complete IY episodes, but when I think "Inuyasha", it's that kind of look that comes immediately to my mind.

i always said "maybe someday i'll be able to afford that chibi saturn cel; but, right now i need to stick to my budget".

every now and then i'll spoil myself with something super expensive. but, those cels tend to be the ones dear to me most and i wouldnt consider parting with them right now^^.

i am glad to hear you found a cel that "spoke" to you on an aesthetic level. congrats!

Hey shellster, do you think that he's suitable for the Queen of Cel Weaponry?

Dave, I'll bring him over tonight. Thanks for offering to help me with this. I think I'm decent at photoshop; I can collage and splice cels with backgrounds but I can't splice pieces of a cel together. The colors never match up and I don't have the skills/knowledge to get the colors to blend.

ginga- This cel throws the whole term "budget" right out the window.

But you're right... he's going nowhere.
