Well so much for being good... But I hate not having a piece of these anime. I've only seen a storyboard for Shura no Toki and passed on it because I thought there were going to be sketches... Bad idea...
Anyway, I really really want Paranoia Agent and Tokyo Grandfathers. I love the story telling and it's most probably because of Satoshi Kon. I'd collect the cels of Memories, Perfect Blue, even Millenium actress but although they're great movies, I still like Paranoia and Tokyo Grandfathers the most.
Anyway, thanks all for your help. Give me a hollar if you find or have them.

Ive only seen 1 sketch auction for Tokyo Godfathers and that was on Mandarake years ago.
It sold for about $350 for a huge lot of 100-150ish sketches (douga, genga, layouts)
I lost the bid on it and still kick myself repeatedly for it because since then I've yet to see another auction pop up for anything
from that movie.
As for Paranoia Agent, Ive yet to see anything for it.
Though I haven't searched for it specifically.
Anywho good luck on your searches!

Shampoo – That sounds like a great lot. At least you bid on it! Not like me who didn’t even try. LOL.
Aernath – I’m not sure which cop you mean but if the younger one, his name Mitsuhiro Maniwa or if the older cop (the one I’m looking for), his name is Keiichi Ikari. Definitely the character I will never pass up is Ikari’s wife though.
WC – Ouch… I mean you guys have been searching longer and if you’ve not seen one… *sigh* Me too I’m just curious as to why there’s nothing. But a Japanese friend of mine seems to think there are sketches although very very rare. We’ll see what he comes up with.
Safetygirl - Hmmm... You keeping secrets from me there.
Wasn't it what's yours is mine and what's mine is mine?
