Me again, asking for help with an ID

Just won this sketch on eBay.

The auction said she thinks its from ep 49 or up. Can anyone confirm this? and maybe give me a screenshot?

I would appreciate it!

Finally found out where its from. Episode 45. Apperently at a key moment.

Must look it up and see for myself though
