I know that at the moment I have around 350 TNN, not including the low end freebies or sketches/dougas that were purchased without cels. Concerning other series cels or sketches/dougas that were purchased separately, there are probably around 250. But as Sensei put it...

I haven't counted in a long while, nor have I updated my website in over a year.
Last time I counted I was over 900, by now probably over the 1k mark in cels. Sketches (not including douga/genga that came with cels), no idea. A couple hundred probably. I seriously need to scan and update. Hey, maybe that'll be a fun activity for this weekend. I also need to reupload all the stuff that was on the EV1 website that I lost when EV1 stopped their dial-up internet service.

I'm sure I have more than 260, but would be surprised if it's more than 300. There is also a reasonable amount of genga, but it probably not a significant portion of my collection.
Hope you are just trying to keep up with Krafty.
I'm pretty sure Marcus/shadowlight is going to hold the top spot for shear number of cels.... by probably at least an order of magnitude. His collection can be measured in hundreds of pounds!

Nice to see you Krafty! I was just thinking about you and wondering how you have been doing since you wrote at Christmas. Hope all is well!

Hmmm...at the moment I have something like 258 pieces of production artwork visible in my rubberslug gallery. I have some other items that are not scanned, or have not arrived yet - so the number is a bit larger.
It's crazy to think I own that many cels already! I've only been collecting for about 4 years!

Including genga sets, gifts, and fancels, 310. Plus, I've got about eight with me that need to be scanned and uploaded. 35 of those were gifts, a couple others were freebies, and two are "production art" rather than cels per se. The count might be a little off, since I've chosen to display some cels separately from their genga (never from their douga, though). I tried to take those out of the count.
Yikes. I've only been at this for about two years.
Though I do have to say that the vast majority of my collection cost under $50 a piece, and a lot were in the $10-15 range. So maybe it isn't so bad.
