just being curious as i try to gather up some courage^^.....
you see i've been chasing after a guy for a few weeks now. we both like each other, etc. but...
he doesn't have the courage to finish his questions...."could you please give me.... [insert hesitant pause]" OR "jen, would you like to... [insert another dead pause]"

so i am asking which is better. i am going to try and ask him out this week; but, a lil advice never hurts.

I came up with this issue once before too. Just tell him how you feel. haha I rarely wait for guys to tell me how they feel, i get impatient and confront them... aahaha @_@

Suggest something un date like that you can do together and see what happens. He may be threatened if you do more and do the natural thing for shy guys........run

It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.
If the guy can't work up the nerve to ask you out then he seems a poor candidate to be your champion for life.
Tell him you like him and would be interested in going out some time. Then let him decide whether to do the actual asking himself. My reason behind this is that if confronted with the cold hard facts that he will get a yes and he still chickens out he's not a guy you'll want to spend YOUR time on.
I have a close friend who went through the exact same thing. In the end after never asking her out she asked him about a date...with another guy. Again being too chicken to say otherwise, he said ok, and she's happily with another guy now.
