Title says it all. I think the art is pretty nice. But is it worth watching and how many episodes each?
From what i heard its the same artist for both animes?

I agree with his Yellow rating of Spriggan.
I haven't seen the other, but he's mentioned it in conversation and it doesn't sound very good.

Spriggan's worth a watch if you like action. It's not a huge investment either, because as far as I remember there is just the movie (unless you want to try the manga, too). Otherwise, I didn't find it particularly memorable, but your milage will vary.
I found the art relation: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclo ... hp?id=8822
But Minagawa didn't work on the Spriggan movie, only both mangas and ARMS TV.

I've only seen the first dvd volume of Project Arms, but upon doing so I set about purchasing the rest of the series. I have all of the first series, but not the second.. despite that I'm considering watching the first soon.
I thoroughly enjoyed what I saw.
And as for Spriggan... the story is alright, kinda weak, but the action is terrific!
