Took forever this morning to get it to download, but man it was worth it. It was everything I hoped it would be and more
The way they began the series was incredible:
Showing Sai, Sakura, Yamato, and Naruto when they see Sasuke!
I don't think I've ever looked forward to a release of a show as much as this one and it didn't dissapoint. Anybody else enjoy the premiere as much as I did (and looking forward to next week) ?

Not everyone just downloads anime, lots of people (including myself) download particular shows that are recently released and/or not available on DVD. The only way to get this particular show is via downloading seeing as it was just shown on Japanese television yesterday . Had there been other means to get this anime, trust me I would've taken them
But I digress, this thread is not meant to talk about the ethics of downloading anime, but to talk about the awsomeness that has returned to Naruto

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

It picks up from after episode 135 of Naruto (where the Naruto fillers began). In a sense you could consider it a new show, since they gave this show a new name. Probably in an effort to ward off the stigma of the previous filler arcs Though I did enjoy some of the Naruto filler
As to where you can find the links to download the new show, I found 'em via http://www.narutofan.com/ .
I've picked up quite a lot of Japanese over the years, but I wouldn't be able to handle a raw the same way I handled a French sub. (there was a funny mistake...)

I'm with ya on the RAW comment, Kay. But reading the manga before hand gave me atleast an inkling of a clue as to what they were talking about. I can't wait for the subbed version of this premiere though
Harry, the Kakashi Gaiden (KG) is an arc focused solely on Kakashi's past when he was younger. It's part of the manga, but it hasn't been animated yet. Lots of people were expecting KG to follow after the Naruto fillers were over because that is how the manga went (after Naruto left with Jiraiya, KG started if I remember correctly). But more than likely KG will be made into an OVA or movie.
As far as I know the fillers had only vague references to the manga, but none of the episodes were 100% true to canon. What we see now is exactly what was in the manga, save for a few added scenes and whatnot. I still couldn't be happier

The reason i was asking was because i went to this site (where i download the episodes) and where it says "Trolls and Fakesubs", there was "Naruto 200 Kakashi Gaiden Special" so i thought maybe that episode was the Kakashi Gaiden.
I remember downloading that so-called Gaiden episode months ago. It was all fluff and made to mess with people. You have to start over in the torrents with the new title and look for episodes 1 and 2 since it's a one hour special. I'm so happy that it's back on again. I also agree with Sugar.....Baka-torrents is THE place to download the newest eps with subs.

just finished watching the first 2 eppys from shippuuden. it was everything i expected as well, with the exception of a major fight, any fight dammit! it was an hour and i was hoping for a cool fight between anyone.
but i still enjoyed it and it has renewed my interest in naruto again!!
did anyone notice the music is much more ova like. the theme of the akatsuki was awesome as well as the music in the opening scene which was as close to a fight as you get with this episode. and the fact that things come back full circle with kakashi's training was friggen cool. im glad i didnt read the manga because it makes watching the anime more exciting.
Yep! and of course not long after I posted I looked at Baka (as I do every morning) and bingo
So tonight's entertainment lineup will be....
