New series - update before Lenten hiatus

Post by Baylor »

I never really announce updates, but I had to announce my latest series, Princess Princess.

I have to thank glorff for indirectly turning my attention to this show. If I hadn't been at your house that one Thursday talking to that one guy (I don't remember his name), he never would have told me about this series and I never would have downloaded it. It was definitely one of my favorites from 2006.

So enjoy! I apologize that some of the sketches are so light. X| Rescanning is in the future.

I looked for this series to download it after looking at the rilezu. It looks like a lot of fun, but I wasn't able to find it.

Oh I see Media Blasters has it. Not bad.

Oh my goodness, Baylor... the EYES on that Tooya are incredible! But the group shot is just beyond adorable... the cutest thing I've seen in ages! :) I don't think I've even heard of Princess Princess before, but it sure looks sweet! Very nice additions to your gallery!

(But, ummmmmm, where are the large weapons? I don't see any guns or swords or anything in those sketches! ;))

miz ducky - I'd try www.baka-updates.com or www.boxtorrents.com for your downloading needs.

jenn - Thanks! Somehow I just knew you would be a huge fan as well. I think you were my prime competition in those rilezu preorders. :friends:

RF - It's a very short series about a high school boy going off to an all-boys boarding school. He is immediately recruited for the Princess club, a group of selected beautiful freshman boys that must dress up as women to support various club events. The series goes through the adventures these three boys have in cross-dressing.

I think the only series that made me laugh harder was Ouran High School Host Club.

shellie - Somehow I knew you would chime in. Actually, there are no weapons at all except for the weapons of their effeminate smiles. :P

Does this mean that I am not a bad influence?

Glad you are hooked and nice update :D

It must have been Devon, he is the one that got me started

I love the very descriptive way you explained how you got into the series. :P

If I'm late on noticing this, oops. I LOVE your new banner. Very cool! Nice change. :) My first thought was "Oh crap! Did she change her rubberslug name again? There go my bookmarks." :nya:

Baylor,

Thank you so much for the links! It took a really long time to download (seeders weren't giving me anything), but I managed to get it all!

I've finished it already. It was a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to being able to get the dvds when they come out. I think I'll see if we can play it at the con in April. I don't think we could put it on the schedule (since it isn't released yet), but maybe I could sneak it in.

If anyone else has any personal favorites that are download-able, please PM me. I don't have time to look at everything, but if you guys recommend something I will definitely check it out!

Thanks to Beta members for Ouran HSHC, Nodame Cantabile, Saiunkoku, and now Princess Princess!!
