Indeed Euro's ,

I meant arround 8mil in euro's so thats about 10mil $ :)

And I quess when you see it, you won't believe it that its worth that much (I even got a good price)
For a nice house with 3 bedrooms and a nice garden its rather quick 15mil$..... X|

10 Million USD can get you a small mansion over here... with a built in Anime Theatre, Life Size 80ft gundam made of gundanium in front, museum, library....

Unless you live in the center of new york or something!

Quick intervention before Joost single handedly destroys the hopes of foreigners wanting to live in Belgium:

There's a fair chance Joost is thinking in the former currency, Belgian Franks.

"Location, Location, Location" is of course the main parameter but 250K to 300K will get you nice house.

I'm suspecting Joost is trying to eliminate possible competition. ;)
