I've been watching the raws like usual since I'm too eager to wait and because I like knowing as soon as possible how much I like an anime.
Personally...for my taste, the first episodes I liked the most that I got to see up to this point were Heroic Age, Sola, Darker than Black, Seirei no Moribito, Claymore, Hayate the Combat Butler and Kishin Taisen Gigantic Formula.
I thought Sola looked pretty good in high definition. I'm sure fansubs will dull the quality of the video though. I liked eyeballing the backgrounds in Heroic Age and Seirei no Moribito. Claymore definitely had that dark animation style. I had to laugh at the way Hayate's boss looked with his elbows on the desk.

Hayate looked good in high definition too especially for a romantic comedy.
Gigantic Formula's got somewhat unusual character designs that took me awhile to get used to. The characters have exagerated facial movements that reminded me of Kami-chu.
I'm on the fence with Idol Master Xenogloassia and Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica. Nagasarete Airantou looked awesome in high definition too. The colors on the character clothes and the blue ocean/sky colors blew me away. I'm not that much into Nagasarete, but I'll probably watch it all the way through just for fun.
Hitohira and Kissdum -ENGAGE planet- I'll probably watch another episode of before skimming them. I just wasn't able to get much into them. Unfortunately I wasn't much into the themes of Touka Gettan just like I wasn't into the themes of Moonlight Lady.
The two female-characters-being-chased-and-search-for-the-truth-behind-X anime: Wellber no Monogatari and El Cazador de la Bruja I wasn't able to get into either after one episode. El Cazador indeed does have themes like Noir and Madlax.
"Kono Aozora ni Yakusoku wo" was pretty disappointing to me after hearing a couple people saying they liked the game. So either they adapted the game poorly or those gamers have much different tastes from mine.
I didn't get into the first episode Shining Tears X Wind, but I didn't expect much since so many gamers said they didn't like the game.
I didn't mind Koutetsu Sangokushi, but it's not my genre. Someone said this is like Romance of the Three Kingdoms? With all the male characters in it and with Takehito Koyasu playing a light gray long haired traditional medieval bishounen character one would think that some women might be interested in this series later on when the fansub comes out.
Kamichama Karin was really cute and I think it did have a few similarities to Card Captor Sakura. This isn't my genre either, but I watched it all the way through mainly because I like Karin's seiyuu Mai Nakahara. I thought some of their arguing was really funny.
Seto no Hanayome was really crazy. Too crazy for me. All that yelling, running, threatening and slapping was too much for me.

I'll still skim it though. I'll have to watch at least one more episode all the way through.
I didn't get into Oh Edo! Rocket. It's got a mix of different things in there. Sometimes it looked like a comic strip panel and sometimes like an action anime. Then it went back to the boy shooting off his firewocks rockets. It's got an uncommon style.
