15 of 15.
I never watched Ally McBeal but that sound bite just seemed "right." I have such fond memories of Welcome Back Kotter, Melrose Place and The Monkees! I freakin' loved The Monkees!
I watched some of Everybody Loves Raymond but I absolutely hated that show. Didn't their show feature different intros? I almost forgot what Mork & Mindy's intro sounded like till I heard it again.
Great link Brian, that was a real blast from the past.

Once more? Thats okay I forget things all the time.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Most people hear about me that way.

Remember the episode of The Simpsons, where little Marge had a lunchbox with the Monkees on it and the kid on the school bus made fun of her for it?vampyreshoujo wrote:Aww... I haven't seen The Monkees in such a long time. Love that theme song.I freakin' loved The Monkees!Same for Welcome Back Kotter. Are either of those shows currently rerunning?

Girl: Ew! You like the Monkees? You know they don't write their own songs.
Marge: They do so!
Girl: They don't even play their own instruments.
Marge: No...no!
Girl: That's not even Michael Nesmith's real hat.
Marge: Aaaaaaaah!
Dr. Zweig: Kids can be so cruel.
Marge: But it's true. They didn't write their own songs or play their own instruments.
Dr. Zweig: The Monkees weren't about music, Marge. They were about rebellion, about political and social upheaval!
The Monkees were famous for pretending to play Tommy Boyce and Bobby Hart songs, but they did eventually write and perform their own music. The man who created The Monkees, Bob Rafelson, was also a movie director (The Postman Always Rings Twice, Head, Blood and Wine). He hired Don Kirshner to supervise the music side of the Monkees but they often butted heads. This caused him to later go on and create The Archies, an animated band that would be "easier to manage." The groups most famous song was "Sugar, Sugar."
Sugar, ah honey honey
You are my candy girl
And you've got me wanting you
Honey, ah sugar sugar
You are my candy girl
And you've got me wanting you
Ahem.
