Is trading cels with others effective?

Thanks for the input guys. I agree, it's best to trade with someone you know well or have good credibility.

I've done two trades, one went well and the other not so well. I'm really hesitant to do any more, due to one bad experience where the other party didn't like the cel in person that was traded. So it goes...
