VERY Large Update - Stem Cels

This is one of the biggest updates that I've ever done for my gallery. It represents months and months of accumulated items, including some very nice pieces (IMHO).

Let's start at the top, and go alphabetically, shall we?

Autographs:

Bisco Hatori - 2004


Chobits:

Minoru and Yuzuki, with matching background


Cardcaptor Sakura:

Adding more Syaoran to my gallery, in the form of shuusei from the second movie.

A wishlist cel. The evil sorceress Madoushi (in color!) from the first movie.

Thar be dragons here! Or...The Create!


CLAMP Gakuen Tanteidan:

A wonderful cel of Nagisa carrying her flute. :)


Hanken:

Another CCS hanken genga makes its way into my clutches...this one is particularly cute. :) :)


Hunter x Hunter:

The maid-servant from episode 50. A nice pan cel with matching bkgd.


Magic Knight Rayearth:

Lantis, Primera and Mira (with matching background)


Seikai no Senki:

A weird set-up of Dusanyu and Keneesh


Tokyo Babylon:

This is my favorite addition. Although it has severe damage, nothing can contain my joy at owning THESE!


xxxHOLiC:

I bought a rather large set of HOLiC layouts. Each page contains three separate layouts, so be sure to visit everything. [s]I also have many left that I'd like to sell. Contact me if you're interested.[/s]

Gorgeous update! I especially love the new CCS additions, with particular emphasis on the Syaoran and the hanken. Both are so cute! :love:

Chobits:

Minoru and Yuzuki, with matching background
A very pretty background. Be aware that there was a problem with numbering the episodes, and that at some point another annoying filler episode was put in, so this may come from Ep. 11 rather that 10. But it's beautifully done, as with most of Madhouse's watercolor backgrounds.
Cardcaptor Sakura:
A wishlist cel. The evil sorceress Madoushi (in color!) from the first movie.
Oooo ... yow ... that's gotta be from the last scene, where Sakura touches Madoushi for the first time by being sorry for her. That is a classic, major addition. Many congratulations!

Very nice! I especially like Sakura's panicky expression here. It's good that Dragonslayer cels are finally making it onto the open market after such a long time.
Hanken:

Heh ... I like this one, though I'm baffled as to where it might show up. Maybe in "The Complete Book of the Crow [sic] Cards," the one that highlights each card and how to use it to divine fortunes?
Magic Knight Rayearth:

Very pretty and cute of poor Primera being jealous. Mira is one of the little known but really crucial characters in the second season, and this is a really nice image of her. (And hunky of Lantis, for those for whom that's important!
xxxHOLic:
These are really nice! It's great that the artists were able to stay very close to the manga character designs, and really capture the essence of the characters, especially sly Yuuko-san.
I also have many left that I'd like to sell. Contact me if you're interested.

I love the update!! I got to take a look at the xxxholic layouts this time, and love them. Also, as before, I adore your new Tokyo Babylon addition. So, so wonderful to be able to match up cels from that sequence.

Congrats on all your new additions!! And, on completing such a huge and gorgeous update!

Nice to see you were able to get some nice one even though you missed AX this year. I really like the Crest of the Stars cel , I remember that scene quite well.

Gah. That cel is my "nightmare" transaction. I purchased it in December of 2006 and the seller (who is a friend of mine) STILL has not shipped it. *shakes head*

Nice update!

I've already told you this, but I really like that cel of Nagisa with the flute. I think it might be from episode 18, but I'll have to check on that.

The maid from HxH is gorgeous, too. I love the full set-up. :)

Wonderful update! I always like CCS hanken genga. Like sensei, I wonder where these genga are coming from and what they are being used for? We missed you at AX this year. You'll have to promise to come next year, although the Los Angeles convention center is not the best of venues. The XXXholic sketches are also beautiful. I just wish they had continued the anime...

RoboFlonne: Isn't it a great bkgd? The amount of detail in Japanese shows puts most American shows to shame.

Moop: I love Syaoran's expression in the hanken. So cute!

Cordelia: Sakura and Syaoran have a wonderful relationship!

Sensei: Yeah, I have yet to check on the placement of that Chobits background, since Right Stuf has yet to ship my order!
Thanks for the Madoushi screen-cap. I went hunting around my DVD for it, but couldn't really place the scene (since almost all close-up scenes of her look the same).
And I'm with you: it's nice seeing more Dragonslayer cels making it to the rest of the community and not being horded...
I don't know where my two hanken genga are from. I'm thinking of asking Weyrlady to pop on over to the nearest Mandarake and root through their artbooks until she spies them. :^^:

Yeah, I'll try my hardest to attend AX next year. I'm bummed that I didn't make it out this year, but thing happen. I hope everyone had a great time. It looks like you grabbed some gems while you were there! ;)
