jacml?

Post by Keropi »

Is the "Japanese Animation Cel Mailing List" still active or are there only "For Sale" posts there at the moment?

I think a long time ago it split off into two lists - one list for sales and one list for "other discussions" or something like that.

I think for the past couple of years 99% of the posts had been for sale posts. Haven't seen too many discussions on there anymore.

Ah...okay. Thanks for filling me in.

I haven't gotten any hits from the JACML website for quite a long time. I was uncertain if the website even still existed, but it DOES show up on a Google search when I checked.

I couldn't forsee the JACML having any other usage than to advertise artwork for sale. With the various forums & blogs and friends already corresponding via email, what gap could it fill?

So I smiled and was happy
and behold;
things did get worse...

Could anyone do forsee the JACML having any other usage than to advertise artwork for sale?

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Oh I dunno. I was just looking for more cel/sketch discussion/info I guess. :)

Things are becoming more quiet and slow. Some of the best discussion questions I've seen in the past year have been posted in people's blogs. I understand why some of those aren't posted here though because they would probably start an argument. lol :^^:
