Cels of your favorite VA's characters

I'm not sure if this is the right section for this question so mods feel free to move as needed.

Does anyone here collect cels based on their favorite voice actors? Do you find that your favorite characters wind up being the same VAs so you just naturally buy those cels?

I was rewatching one of my favorite animes and realized one of my favorite characters happens to have the same VA as my favorite character in 2 other series. So it just made me think about all the cels I own. I happen to be one of those people who are really drawn in my their favorite VAs. I didn't do it on purpose but I think it's kinda cool.

For example, I collect Uuryu Ishida from Bleach and Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto. They both have the same Japanese VA. I collect Miroku from Inuyasha and Van from Escaflowne. They both have the same English VA.

Anyone else?

Well I kinda do too. I just haven't been able to actually find the cels that I want.

But i'm usually drawn to characters that are voiced by the English voice actress Laura Bailey. (Shin-Chan, Lust, Kid Trunks, Marlene Angel..ect.)

I never noticed my favorite characters were being voiced by the same actors until I started reading the end credits. It wasn't intentional for me either.

I happened to have gotten several things from characters that Ayako Kawasumi has voiced:

#14. Mizuka Nagamori (ONE), Akari Kamigishi (To Heart), Ruriko Ikusawa (Gatekeepers), Chikane Himemiya (Kannaduki no Miko) and Chikage (Sister Princess).

I usually always like the characters that Ayako Kawasumi voices.

Then I have artwork from two of characters Machiko Toyoshima voiced (and they are both all-time favorite characters of mine):

#1. Manami Sugihara (Sentimental Journey) and #13. Misaki Kawana (ONE).

There are a couple of other seiyuu I might have collected two favorite characters from each, but I can't be sure because I hardly ever open up my sketch bags after I receive them from the deputies. So I have little idea of what extra characters I might possess.

I once intentially bought Bobobo sketches because Takehito Koyasu was the VA. I wouldn't mind getting more cels/sketches of his other characters though. He's been some good looking guys.

Otherwise, all my collecting habits are purely coincidental (especially Tomokazu Seki).

I find that I tend to watch shows for the VAs. I'll look up the cast, if any of them are familiar I'll watch a couple of episodes.

As for collecting, I do have a couple of favorite seiyuu:

Tomokazu Seki - Kyo Soma, Van Fanel, Shi Ryuuki, Chichiri, Tenma Morimura ( I still have to post some sketches of him), Menomaru

Nobutoshi Canna - Guts, Tasuki

That's all I can think of.

Up to this point, I've never bought cels or sketches just because I liked a certain voice actor. And I don't think that I'm more likely to buy animation art, just because the character portrayed was voiced by a certain VA, either.

Nonetheless, there's a significant amount of anime characters in my gallery, that were voiced by Junko Takeuchi (Naruto and Gon). So I might be wrong.

Cool! I'm glad I'm not the only one drawn in to characters by VAs.

Not really, and if I do, it's not intentional. If anything I've noticed CONNECTIONS between the shows I collect.

Ex: The voice of Cha Cha from Akazukin Cha Cha also voices Amelia from Slayers (admittedly I haven't gotten around to this series yet).

The voice of Keiko from Tonde Buurin is voiced by the same woman who voices Ash from Pokemon.

The voice of Himeko from Hime-chan no Ribbon does the voice of Pikachu.

Miruru from Tenshi ni Narumon is also Kasumi from Pokemon.
