I'm suprised that the Tokimeki Memorial OVA Shiori Christmas party dress cel went for so "little":

If I had seen this cel three or four years ago I would have bid a lot more for it. Considering the original game came out 13-14 years ago and the OVA eight years ago, maybe the TokiMemo cel market has finally cooled?
