I believe it is a fan cel. No cel number and translates as B5 size, painted with care.

Belldandy looks a little off as well but then I am not a AMG collector to 100% sure. Plus the glitter paint in the earrings is very very odd for any cel, do not think I have ever seen that.

my gut knows that it's a fan cel...

The eyes look cute but off....The blush marks look off....

I think the glitter paint looks really neat.

It definitly would not work for actual filming, though.
