Hi everyone!

New to Anime-Beta and just wanted to show you my gallery. It is exclusively dedicated to Mr Yasuomi Umetsu artwork, of which I'm a huge fan. I've been following his work for quite some time now and I've collected a few items I wish to share with you and everyone else that likes them

Recently I also opened a section in the site, for my own drawings. I started with some golden oldies I drew, when I was younger, but right now, I'm uploading my "Umetsu based" drawings. Hope you enjoy!

As to how did I get my hands on the Yellow Star settei, well it involved blood and some bribes, but eventually it was mine! ^^

Seriously though, I bought it from a private collector!

I saw your Mikura drawing the other week- pigtails are HOT, *heh* very 'DSA' TV inspired which is great to see. Post others when you have the opportunity, how about a picture occupied by both Sawa and Aya?

It sure did. And part of it, thanks to you! ^^

Glad you liked the drawing. I'll be including more in the future. Coming up next, a couple of drawings of Ayana from Yellow Star, which I was surprised not to see in the Settei set.
As to your suggestion, that's actually a good idea. I have one drawing of Ayana with Fujisawa (it's hentaiish), but usually I only include one character, in my drawings
Since I don't have one with Ayana and Sawa drawn already, it's going to take some time, but while I'm at it, I think I might just add Mikura to the mix!

I updated my gallery yesterday, with a couple Gatchaman OVA cels and one from A Kite. Among the new Gatchaman OVA cels, is one of my favorite cels in all my collection. Jun looks great

I also included my first DBZ drawing ever, which I had forgot when I opened the "My Drawings" section.

Before the end of the year, I also intend to upload the two Yellow Star drawings I mentioned before.

I already have a rough sketch of the image with some of Mr Umetsu's girls. I even included Momomi, so it's actually a 4 girl slumber party, with Ayana, Sawa, Mikura and Momomi, but I'll only finish this one, next year!

Second update in 2008. I added a couple more cels in Mezzo Forte and a couple more settei sketches of Mezzo DSA. I also created a section where I intend to show you my artbook collection. Exclusively from Mr Umetsu's artwork of course

I started with the Yellow Star MOOK and I included a sample page.
