Something weird, eh? ( I thought 'bots could spell. :P )

Here we go!

Most little boys want to grow up to be just like their Dads, even if they’ve been absent for most of their lives. :run Our hero is no exception, and his quest to do so will bring him into contact with those who will become fast friends :friends: ; as well as a colorfully rendered assortment of weirdoes :nuts and oddballs :messed that includes Anime’s most creepy yet charming predatory pedophile! :dgrin

Sorry for the slow reply! We've been blasted by an ice storm in Oklahoma, lost all but 2 of our trees, and are expected to be without electricity for a week. A neighbor stood in line this morning and managed to score 2 generators, and after an hour long wait for gas, we are up and running! Never thought we'd be spending our Christmas money on a pretty red generator, but oh well, someone get me a big bow to put on top! I am just about as happy as one can be in the middle of a major disaster.

Okay, here it goes:

An overly submissive student of Japanese Arts willing to do anything to make a love connection.

I should be more specific - Japanese fine arts, not physical arts.

Seeing as I either don't have electricity (4 days and it came on this evening) or internet (the guys reconnecting the power destroyed the cable lines), and I don't want to let this thread die because of me, I'll start over...name the anime!

An overly submissive student of Japanese Fine Arts (painting to be exact) willing to do anything to make a love connection. When he describes his relationship to the main character as Master and Servant, it is mis-heard as Musuto-Sando (Mustard Sandwich).

And the what happened?

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

That actually sounds like it should be a pretty good hint, but it's nothing that I've ever seen.

Ok next one:

Two sisters are left to live on their own due to the death of their mother and being abandoned by their father who fled gambling debts.
