is this from the OVA?? Just wondered, since I thought her hair
was more purple.

As for the second, I have no idea. He doesn't seem like a Clamp character, though I suppose he could be a random background character. The eyes are not Clamp style, though. He's probably from the same time period, though.

time to list for her on eBay, but I never trust the
info she gives me on the cels. Hence why it is
great to have all of you!!

I'm glad we could help you out Gonzai. I recognized the guy from Chuka Ichiban right away since I used to collect cels from this older series.
