I have a goal in mind... It is always working for that goal, but it's not to "acquire as much as I can"... LOL. Eventhough at times it may seem like it, it's really not. For series that I just like to buy to have something, I'm easy to satisfy but for series I would like to collect deeply, I'm getting there but I think it may still be a few years off. I don't care how new or old an anime is, if i like it, I like it. Good thing my true love in anime can only be counted in one hand. Hmmmm I don't really think I can generalize my collection, there are some series that I'm completely happy with but I don't mind getting more cels of, just because I'm "satisfied" doesn't mean I won't buy if I see something. Then there are those that I "hunger" for... Heh... I better stop here I'm not making sense.

Depends on how you define satisfied. I'm happy with my collection but would continue to buy if I see something I like. And there are still some cels I'm looking for. So if satisfied means stopping then the answer is no. But if satisfied means happy, then yea! :)

I am quite satisfied with my current collection. I am always on the look-out for new pieces. And from some of the rarer shows that I collect, that search could take a life-time. Long story short: I like my cels, but will always be looking for new ones to add.

Yes, story short he or she like his or her cels but will always be looking for new ones to add seems very long to me too.

I am satisfied with my collection especially after a few recent acquisitions which I don't have scanned or in my gallery yet. This doesn't mean I'm not still looking, it just means I am much more selective in what I'm looking for.

I have recently changed gears a lot. So, now, I have different goals in mind, which means, more $$ I have to spend! 8O
But, I am very happy with my collection. I really love this hobby, which is why I have been into it for over 8 years now. :-)

Overall I am very happy with my collection. I like to have a variety of characters from a variety of shows.

There are a few shows that I am no longer adding to (unless something amazing comes along) and several others where I am still waiting for just the right cel(s) of 1 or 2 characters before closing those sections. There are even a few characters that are so hard to come by that I am sure I will be looking for them for a long time.

Part of the fun is trying to hunt down something that rounds off the rest of the collection nicely.

I can't even conceive of being completely satisfied with my collection. I'm certainly amazed at a few of the pieces that I've managed to acquire so far, but every time I re-watch an anime that I collect, I realize how many character-defining, highly recognizable and perfect cels are still adrift out there...and how many of those I truly covet. Occasionally, it depresses me a bit to know that I'll never even see most of them, much less own them.

For some series, I am content with a few cute cels (like Aqua Age) and can move on, unless something REALLY cool comes along. But I will never be satisfied until I have a large and impressive collection of Pokemon cels. What I have now isn't even half of how many I want. This is probably a near-impossible task, considering good ones are so difficult and random to find X| But I plug on.

So I am alway searching, even if I don't know what I want. I guess it's a problem of comparing myself to others. I'll look at someone else's page and think "Wow, they have suchandsuch" and "Wow, they have 50 cels of this show!" and think I should aim to have something like that, even if I don't know that I'd even be satisfied (might even regret spending all that money) if I did. Deep. I think I was rambling, so I'll stop

Instead of saying satisfied with my collection i could say I am "pleased" because like several other people indicated when i think of "satisfied" i think that word should only be used if your basically finished collecting because if your satisfied with what you have then there is no drive to obtain more because well... your "satisfied" (if that makes any sense).

I dont believe there is a single piece that would make me satisfied. Maybe in other series that I plan to get a few sketches/cels of my favorite characters (down the road) and thats it. I could see at that point in a time a certain piece could make that part of my collection complete and become satisfied.

So in short, I am very pleased to own all the sketches/cels I currently own but I dont believe i am in any way close to becoming "statsfied" aka complete and done with collecting any of the series i currently have.

I agree, EoP. (go figure)
And I think that, that is what a lot of people are saying. They aren't finished looking, but they're happy with what they have.

I'm very happy with my collection!! And I get happier each time I add to it.
I'm ecstatic with my collection really.

As long as I have some money and people will sell me things that I like, I will buy. But isn't that what everyone says in their own way? "If a piece that I want happens to come up..."

It just happens that perfectly available pieces of my favorite series seem to be dangling in front of me... *grab**grab*
