2 cats
2 stinky pigs....er, Guinea pigs!

Technically, though, only the b&w(tuxedo) cat is my pet.

Awwww.....c'mon guys, where's all the pictures? That's half the fun....

I have

(1) Alaskan Malamute. 1 year old and already tipping the scales at 125 lbs. His name is Rokuta ( yes, I named him after Enki Rokuta of "12 Kingdoms" XD )

(1) 1 year old Wolf hybrid named Chinook. Mother was timberwolf, father was a German Shepherd.

(1) Dutch House rabbit named Kiku. She is 3 years old. She doesn't like my camera :(

...and I usually have 2-5 fancy rats at a time. My last one, Kaela, just died last month. I love these little things to death but they just do not live long. So, taking some time off from the pet rats for awhile, coz my heart breaks every time they die :(

Man everyones got so many great pets and here I am without any at all! Maiko Rokuta and Chinook are beautiful dogs, out of interest what's Chinooks temprement like given his lupine background?

Well ok my housemate has a Husky/Alsation called Sheba so I'm not strictly without animals, though she's not exactly the cuddliest dog I've ever known.

Thank you very much ^_^x Actually, Chinook is extremely friendly to all other dogs and people, but wolf-hybrids tend to be difficult sometimes, because they don't always behave as dogs. He doesn't bark but howls quite a bit at night, and he has a slinky type walk where he keeps his head low and his eyes up- common wolf-posture. He's too danged smart for his own good- and has already figured out how to open the fridge and how to unlock and open the patio door ( if only he would close it...... ). He has a habit of wanting to get to higher ground in order to "survey his territory", and I will often come downstairs to find standing on top of bookcases and kitchen counter-tops. I've bent down to tie my shoe before and literally, within seconds, he had jumped up on my back and used me as a springboard to get on top of the entertainment center. Sometimes I've got to be really firm with him because he tends to be too rough when he plays coz he loves to play-wrestle and play tag. His favorite game is to get other people or other dogs to chase him.

Both he and Rokuta are rescues- Rokuta from an Northern Breed Rescue group, and Chinook from a Wolf and Wolfdog sanctuary. I plan on adopting another wolf-hybrid from the same place.

And you would like him to bark but howls quite a bit at night and he has a slinky type walk where he keeps his head low and his eyes up- common wolf-posture ?

The howling is enough to frighten the neighbors- I don't need him barking, too. And thankfully, Rokuta being a Malamute hardly ever utters a sound- except to cry when he doesn't get his way and it's a funny, wailing "ah-waaaah-waaaaah-waaaaah" sound.
