AnimeBallz.com Warning

Hey guys and gal's out there. Im not sure if this is the correct place to put this. But here's the deal.

I bought 50$ in anime from animeballz.com.. I emailed them asking where was my anime cuz they didn't have a phone#. A week later I get an email saying there late in shipping it and it just went out that day. Another week later still haven't received my dvd's.

Now I have emailed them two times no response. Today I finally get my dvd's three weeks later. Only to find out that my one dvd is semi opened only a slit right in the opening area of the dvd case. I open the dvd case to find a paper cd holder with a dvd inside which is scratched to all holy heck!!! Now Im in the prosses of trying to get a refund if they ever answer my emails...

So Please Stay Clear of this place!!!!!

Looks like they have a brand new file with the Better Business Bureau.

You should file a complaint if you don't get a refund or compensation to your satisfaction

. I know I use the BBB to look up places I might want to order from, so it would be beneficial to others who do the same as well.

Zerospace I will check it out and file a complaint with them..
I just wanted to let all you guys know whats going on.

i still haven't heard from them yet!!!
