One of my favorite dolls I already own. Or rather, owns me. :wink:
I got the eyes and wig seperately, along with the bracelet, necklace, and belt.
I ordered him with the jeans. :drool
And no, the wings aren't permanent. I just taped them on for this particular shoot. :D
And I painted his face.

I've always wonder...but what are the names of the dolls? I've seen the Ichigo dressed up one....are they like mini maniquens????

They are asian ball jointed dolls. Yes, kind of like mannequins. But they get faces painted (and sometimes torso blushing to add more realism), and wigs and eyes can be swapped out for customization. And they come in quite a few sizes. And because of all the joints, they take just about any pose. :bny
I have Ichigo, Kyouzou (hollow Ichigo), TangetsuGo (pictured above - he's Zangetsu, but obviously tan, and looks like Ichigo), who are all 63cm (about 25 inches) tall. I have a couple more that are about the same height.
Then there are the MSD sized ones, about 43-45 cm (around 18 inches) tall.
I now have four of those and a fifth on the way.
Then there are the tinies. I have one called ChibiGo (looks kind of like Ichigo, but smaller ;) ) that is 25cm/10 inches tall. And one really tiny one that is like a drow (dark elf) and stands 10cm/4 inches tall.

All different names/characters. I take them out and about and take pictures and make photo stories with them. :) Dress them up, dress them down, make them wear embarrassing holiday themed clothes when appropriate. :P


Syan, I'm thinking about your offer... :) That's another tough one. :emb
And yes, real tiny sea shells. :)
