Hi All,
Well this is what I was able to set up for Slugfest AX 2008 version.
It will be held on Friday July 4th 2008 at the Bonaventure Brewing company restaurant located on the 3rd floor of the Westin Bonaventure Hotel located at the corner of 5th and Figueroa street north of the LA Convention center from 8:00pm to 11:00pm. http://www.bbc2go.com/about_directions.asp
What I have arranged is to have our group inside not on the patio and we will be able to order off their menu rather than having a set menu.

Only hitch is they will only set the checks by groups of a table of 6 for they do not wish to write over 30 individual checks which is understandable.
They have promised a quiet well lit area for our group so I hope we all will attend and have a fun time sharing our collections and new purchases.
Please let me know in this thread if you plan on attending and how many so I can put together a list and give an accurate count.
I look forward to seeing all who wish to attend there.

How far up?

From what I have seen on the AX boards is that there is suppost to be shuttle bus service from running from the Convention center and local hotels of which the Westin Bonaventure is to be on the list.
For those who want to drive or walk It's basicly 1 mile straight up S. Figueroa Blvd.

I don't think Chris brought anything last year. He's the hawaiian/asian guy with a jaw like Quagmire. For those who didn't notice last year, you will know what I'm talking about when you see him again. He did buy some Bleach sketches last year prior to the meeting, but I don't remember if he brought anything to the dinner.
We didn't sit together last year. I lost my seat while I was up talking to people, so I found a new one.
