Buy him a sword that is appropriate to his martial art style and arrange for him to begin learning to use it properly. (You will probably need to get him a wood version too) Taking care of a weapon is an important responsibility for a young man to learn and he should be old enough by now. (Even NSP can do it )

Since he is into martial arts, see if he wants to learn MMA fighting. LA Boxing has real MMA fighters that he can learn from, and there are four locations in CO, as well as all over the country. He could be the next Rich Franklin...smart, but tough as hell!
