i cant believe your art was done without computers! Very impressive! my favorites are the Vampire Knight drawings and of the male angels.

Does anyone make Naruto fancels? Particularly of Sasuke?

I've never commissioned a fan cel. How does the process work?

A good artist can work off a screen cap, but it can be difficult depending on clarity and lighting.

A screen cap coupled with a douga (or clean genga) is better. It is of course best if you own the douga. You can just email them to the artist and in a few weeks to several months, you get a professional looking cel as if it came from production.
