Need help placing a naruto genga set....

I can't ID the episode of this set:

I watched episode #100 thinking it was when Tsunade was announcing herself as Hokage, but it wasn't. I then though maybe from her first appearance just before meeting Orochimaru, but it isn't. I'm stumped. The layouts that come with the set have one layout of Tsunade and Shizune and another layout of Genma and another guy kneeling behind them with special effects as they jump away. The episode number is written in kanji and hard for me to decipher.

Any ideas on an episode number?

I wonder if it's episode 98, when the elders are talking to Tsunade telling her they need to make the announcement that she is the new Hokage quickly. Then one of the elders summons Genma and another ninja (who are kneeling) and tells them to notify the feudal lords, and they flash off.

Did that make sense?

Err...it's been a while since I've seen the episode.

I thought that as well, but in the shot of Genma and Aoba Tsunade isn't in the shot. Just shizune and the elder.

Thanks for the comments. I'm quite happy with it.

Guess that still leaves the mystery. I suppose I could scan in the kanji on the layouts and post them here.

Problem solved! Thanks so much to Yuri-chan for finding this scene. For those curious it comes from the third Naruto OVA one minute into the start.
