Since when do you need a man, or even a partner for that matter,
in order to have sex....? :shrug

Have you tried exercise?

I find a good gym workout earlier in the day can make it easier to sleep. Do a good 30 minutes or so at a medium pace for you and that might help as well. Try working out 3-5 times a week.

Good point. I find I have more trouble sleeping in the summer because I am less active during the day (Summer break and all). During the school year, I sleep like a baby.

When it's hotter, it's more common for people to have problems sleeping. You could try placing a fan directly in front of you when you sleep, or, if energy costs are a problem, put some cold water on a towel and place that behind your neck. That should help cool you down.

Quite honestly, I wouldn't worry myself about that.

I am glad we have something (to sleep) in common. I'm not sure if I would like to sleep. What's it like?

I have the opposite problem. When it's hot I can't seem to stay awake. :l 8O
