Good tour groups in Japan

Hi,
I'm hoping to go to Japan next summer. Does anybody have a recommendation on a tour group that they've used and thought were great. For sure I want to go to Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto.

I appreciate all the recommendations I can get!

Buttrfly is living in Japan right now... make her take you. HAHAHA jk jk I am sure she may know of some though... I kinda hope to go one day too so I will be watching this thread for good recommendations.

I am not sure on a good tour group, but you will love going to Japan. :) I visited those same three places when I went last spring, and it was wonderful.

If you like onsens, you must go to Spa World in Osaka. @_@ By far the best thing ever created by mankind... (or in Japan, at least!)
