I think Sniezel used it on PenDragon... So it sounds like somewhere in Britania and not in China. He should be attacking Military strongholds within Britania and not in China....
But...
Lelouch doesn't need a
dictatorship
.

Being that he destroyed
the nobility and culture of britania...
He's naturally a defender of justice... Liberated the Elevens...

The world loves him.

If he does a few more things like divide the Britanian empire, eliminate the number system, and create freedom against oppression... He would have been golden...

He has Suzaku and Kallen on his side... Those two could handle any opposing ARMY.... Even if they have a thousand Fleia's...

He must know Kallen likes him... And she'd lead the UN army with Todou...

Suzaku could lead the United Federation of Britania....

The UN would back Lelouch/Zero 100% when Sniezel uses Nukes. He's got connections at the very top of the UN.... I mean he created the UN... AND (THE CHAIRPERSON IS his SELF-Appointed WIFE!!!...)

All Lelouch has to do is broadcast the "big Gaping hole of Sniezel using Nukes" and he would have the whole world rally to his cause...
The dictatorship, Only makes sense if he's still in anguish over Nunnaly and is having a temper tantrum...

We are all in a global village.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Yeah . . . yeah . . . yeah . . . You all have moved on to episode 23. Well, I haven't yet. It's dling now. I had to wait since when I checked earlier only one fansubber had it available. And I refuse to dl anymore from them! I had to re-dl 5 Code Geass episodes because of them. No more!

Anyway, I just really wanted to comment. I'll comment on #23 tomorrow. But I have to say NOTHING in this episode surprised me. If it weren't for the sweet eye candy that is Lelouch, I might have been bored during it.
I HATED the kiss! Well, hate might be too harsh a word if it was a kiss of death. Kallen seriously needs to die. I can't stand her. I wanted Lelouch to push her off him, throw her down the stairs and shoot her. That would have made me happy and quite the plot twist. :D

I knew Nunnally was still alive. Just ask GK. She was getting reports from me as I was going along. For her to say Lelouch and Suzaku are her enemies is no surprise. She's right next to however you spell his name. X|

I hope the last couple episodes go back to OMG because I haven't had one of those moments since episode 19 or 20. It feels like it should have ended when Lelouch got the throne and Suzaku sided with him. But we'll see what happens.
Can you hear this fangirl squee?!

I don't have any problem with Kallen, but I knew that they were never going to get together. He obviously didn't feel "that way" about her. The only female he seems really intimate with is CC, and I'm still not sure if he actually has romantic feelings for her or not. Lelouch is very asexual, especially for a teenage boy. :P

I liked Kallen for a long time, but after she was captured and kind of shoved under the rug (or kept in a glass tube with her boobies sticking out) for so many episodes, I got a little bored with her. :ZzZz:
