Need help...person and dog question
Yeah we thought about getting a restraining order. However im just worried that he will start more stuff or try something else after he gets it..maybe even be worse? But my husband and I are most likely going to do that. He doesnt seem to mess with my husband at all. Only myself. So we are thinking that maybe he has a problem with females?
My other worry is. He has a 7 year old boy. I do agree with what was said. If he can hurt a dog he can hurt a person. I fear for that child as well. We told the cops he has a 7 year old and everything hes been doing to us but they didnt seem to care.
Whats even worse is my husband just started a night job. So I get to be here next to the weirdo all night.

We have nothing to fear, but fear itself. --FDR

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Nice thought Cloud, but this guy is definitely someone to fear.Cloud wrote:We have nothing to fear, but fear itself. --FDR

Wow, the guy has a 7 year old? Does the child's mother also live there?
I'm sorry you will be there at night alone. Do you have an alarm system in your home? I also would be a bit scared to be by myself with that guy next door.
I think the police should be doing more.

You really need to catch the punk in action....Maybe wear a recording device????? Catch his threats without him knowing.....
He can easily say that he did not poison your dog...After all...
He could say:
Your dog ate something bad and threw-it up...
You are just making up lies to get him in trouble....
That you feed it something bad....
He can turn around the situation to blame you...and that's why you need proof...
See it from the cops point of view, they think it's just a normal fight and that you just want attention...but they really can't do anything without proof...
So I hope that he slips up and he gets sent to a place where they can help him....

Hey everyone.
I have some news to tell you. Some very sad news...
I was in the hospital the other day and while I was their my mother in-law was watching the house. Well she let my cat outside in the backyard (which she knew not to) Well sadly my cat has died. The guy next door put antifreeze (at least thats what it looked like when I saw it) outside when he saw my cat and killed it
But still the cops around here says there is nothing they can do about it

That's absolutely terrible Dee!
I'm so sorry to hear this. I wouldn't stop there with the police. Isn't there anyone else you can turn to in this matter? I would build as much evidence as possible against this guy. Do you have an SPCA anywhere near you? Would this deliberate act by this creep be considered animal abuse? You should go to a local SPCA if you do have one and ask them advice. Something must be done about this guy.

Argh! I am so sorry! I can't believe the police won't do anything. I definitely would not let it go. Contacting an animal rights group may help. It would certainly draw outside attention to the situation, which may help the police charge this guy. It's certainly animal cruelty. Did you see the puddle of anitfreeze? If so, take a pic, and keep these police reports. Document everything with the police! And getting video set up for your side of the house may help you catch the psycho. Then you can take him to court! This guy needs to be in jail.
If I'm ever in your area I will gladly kick his butt.
