Just promoting Kenshin I'm nowhere near as good as irmgaard but I try. ^^;;

Kenshin walking the streets during the day

trying to have a normal life

Kenshin who goes after the woman he loves to save her

even being hurt by losing the woman he loves goes to fight for what he beliefs in

Taking always a chance to become the Battousai again

protects the ones that are in need

getting hurt

at the end of the day looking up thinking if he can atone for what he has done in his past

Vote for Kenshin!

I'm hoping to show as best I can, what I love about these multifaceted, fabulous fictional people…

Guess it’s pretty obvious who one of the characters I love who was already nominated was though, hee, hee….

Recently, BLEACH moved over 100 years back in time, and ran a series of flashback chapters to clarify some things about the situation vis-à-vis the Shinigami and the Vizard…

And we saw a very different Urahara Kisuke.

Already making use of his self-deprecating humor,

he also possessed an open trusting look

no longer seen in his modern incarnation.

Although we are shown that he was not too impressed with the Central 46
from his time serving as a jailor under Yoruichi,

by the end of this flashback,

his own arrest,

mock trial,

and summary permanent exile

means he will have personally felt
their unchecked, absolute power.

And it will have solidified his status as a rebel…

Yuri-chan’s stated favorite depiction of Kuchiki Byakuya is also present in this story. As he is much younger, it is essentially a cameo of his childhood prior to being made head of the Kuchiki clan.
He, too, has an innocent expression we won’t see anymore on his face..

But the manga-ka has also had a little fun, showing in Byakuya’s hot-tempered, guileless, youthful face, the
very same expressions he wore as an adult, many chapters previously,
when his icy veneer of indifference

would be cracked in his fight with Ichigo, on Sōkyoku Hill:

The loudly voiced outrage

The wide eyed shock

and the gimlet-eyed look

that presages furious retribution

And by doing so he is showing that Byakuya is still, deep down, this same emotional person,
no matter how much he would wish to deny it!

Alrighty then. I have been pondering this for quite a long time...and I did not really know where to start. I knew that I wanted to vote for:

Zero - Vampire Knight

But I really was torn with my third vote...especially since I was bullied into reading the Bleach Manga! It certainly opened up a few doors over the past few days. So, without further ado...I will cast my second vote for:

Urahara - Bleach

My third vote I need to ponder a bit - I know that it will definitely be VK...but I'm torn between the two remaining characters. And yes...I see all of everyones' promotions...I still need to think!!
