item

Post by kathpatty »

Posted two items at the club, a couple in my shop...
Don'T know exactly what to do here.....

Kind of listed them at a higher price than I would have at Ebay to start the auction
It does not look like the club is listing all members items.......
I think that would be neat, if anyone could go to the club to see items from our members

Whats next, RoboFlonne ?

Please post them in the Shop first!!! Image

I don't know very much about how items show up in the search when they are posted only in the club... maybe post it in the club after it's in your store! Image

Hopefully I'll have a bunch of stuff up by Tuesday ^0^

DOWN WITH THE EVIL EBAY REGIME!!!!
DOWN WITH THE EVIL EBAY EMPIRE!!! Image

The first step is to gain the Number #1 link for each Search on "Google". Image

The way to do that is to list atleast 5-10 items from the same series if possible... Image

For example someone searched for "XenoSaga Cel" they would come to my blog and I would have a BIG SIGN that tells them that the Cels are on iOffer and I'll link them to your store and search terms. Image

But what we have to do is list atleast 5 cels or sketches from the same show... So I can blog about it. Image

Also, I need your help writing the blog about your cels... Because I haven't seen your anime.

I'm going to do an example with Disgaea Cels... I'm working on it right now!!! Image

Well, I don't sell anything, but I did sign up on ioffer to buy stuff. Hope that helps the cause a little.

It seems like it's pretty easy to use.

Yes I have... And because of One of Ebay's new policies if you're a new seller paypal may hold your money for 21 days before you can use it... Image

Can't wait to see everything you have for sale MoonRabbit! What anime series are your sketches and Cels from?

Maybe write up a small description so I can help you advertise!!! Image

I'm still new at this, but I believe I can get front page of Google if I try hard enough.

I just finished a Blog of Disgaea and I'll be putting up my disgaea Sketches for sale on www.ioffer.com

www.moeoverload.com

Give it two days and I should be on the front page for "Disgaea Cels" and "Disgaea Sketches"! and maybe even "disgaea ds"....

I'm still figuring everything out so it's taking me really long... Image

I'm almost Ready!!! Getting all My Disgaea Scans Ready!

If You guys could put up about 5 Cels or sketches for each show, I'll write up a blog for you and try to make it rank really high on Google.

I'm doing alot of research on Search Engine Optimization!!!

Hope to see lots of cels and sketches up, MoonRabbit! Image

I just read that Paypal is changing their rules again on October 31st... to make them less liable if someone scams you.

I've tried both Blujay & eCrater and have liked them both. Bonus - they're both free! The only thing is that they are both fixed price, no auction feature (I think the auction site to watch will be eBid, though).

Blujay was my favorite except for the fact that they have no inventory control function (so two people could potentially purchase the same item) and their shipping matrix is rather limiting. Still, they are the easiest to use as a seller.

eCrater does have an inventory control function and a better shipping matrix. But they don't allow the use of HTML and they take a bit of a learning curve. Still, a great site.

Both sites are great free sites & get my recommendation. Since I do this as a business, neither site quite met my needs. So, I finally settled on CHShops (my shop there is Animejems):
http://www.chshops.com/

They use the Zen Cart technology and offer everything I've been looking for for only $4.95 a month (that's it - no other fees).

The key to any off eBay site is to promote, promote, promote! I've had sales on all my sites, but I promoted on forums, groups, and other online places. I also still run auctions on eBay (yick!) and include flyers & coupons promoting my new store.

Life off eBay is possible, it just takes a little extra promotional work. But it's worth it. :D

Very nice Site!!! So you use the flyers and coupons to try to get people to buy from your store! That's a good idea!!! Image
