I think there is an error concerning your cel "Vampire Princess Miyu n.2". The description says "original matching background".
Since I was interested in this cel, yesterday I took out my old Laserdiscs and looked for this cel. I found it quite at the beginning of episode 4 ("Frozen Time") where Himiko walks up the hill to Miyus haunted house. So the real background shows some outdoor environment. I think, the attached background might not even be from the "Miyu"-OVA at all. Later in this episode Himiko is inside the house but it looks very different from the background.
I'm sorry about this, please don't take it too hard.
