What's with Ebay?

What is up with Ebay's page layout?

I don't like the new look they have right now. Everything is hard to see.

There used to be an option at the bottom of the page that said you were experiencing ebay's test page , and that you could "Opt out" of the test, and by clicking on that you would be led back to ebay's old layout page, which is a lot better.

But, now, there is no option to "opt" out anything, so stuck with ebay's new crappy layout design.

And that's not the only problem, say like I'm viewing listings, I click on an auction in the middle of the page, then when I press "back" to the list of searches, while it's supposed to stay in the middle section where I clicked last, instead, for some reason, after the page finishes loading, it automatically scrolls back to the top of the page. This happens everytime, so it makes the search experience very unbearable.

I want the old ebay layout back; new one is crappy and flawed.

At the top of the screen, near the blue bar, there is a tiny text link for the opt-out function. At least there was on my screen a few weeks ago when I declined their oh-so-generous offer to use the beta version of MyPage.

For weeks I'd opt out every time I could, only to be opted in again next time I visited. I just gave up eventually, crushed to the bottom of my soul.

I friggin' hate the new layout if it stays like that I won't even browse listings anymore. (Not like I need another reason not to use ebay as is). I was having the issue with the no opt out button last night but, got it agin this morning. Though every time I visit the site, I have to opt out. It's so annoying.

The most annoying thing is that when you opt out it brings you out of your search results back to the front page.

i dont know if it works or not, i havent opted out yet (i dont like it either but i didnt see the thing where it says "opt out"). ill try tonight.

I haven't had serious thoughts about bidding on eBay for quite some time. I'm usually checking there just to get a better sense of the dispersement of production artwork to the masses.

I thought I might bid on that supposed Maki Kakyuusei labeled eBay cel, but the character on the cel wasn't Maki. Maki's the only character from the game that I was not able to get.
