Anyone heard from Asylum Anime...?

I placed an order with them almost a week ago, and have heard no response, which is rather rare from Curt. Anyone else having the same problem?

There are a lot of conventions in November. He may just be on the road, or very busy. I don't really know.

Maybe it's an spam filter problem or similar.

Since long time ago i can't send e-mail orders to Asylum Anime using my main e-mail address because he never receives them. I had to open a hotmail account just for this pourpouse.

If i were you i would try resending the order using a hotmail/msn/yahoo account and you can always explain your story.....

Also, i once sent an order when he was at a convention and someone else kindly replied that the order would be processed when he was back.

I ordered from him 1.5 wks ago and his response was speedy. I used a yahoo account. Maybe you shd try again? Or I can help you to forward your email to him.

Try calling him directly at his shop. He or his help always picks up.
