As ugly as those stupid dolls are, whoever now owns the patent for them would be smart to keep the line in production. They're quite popular with kids for whatever reason.

That's what I was thinking when I first heard this news? I still think they need to go.

I honestly think they should be axed too. IMO, they are a bit promiscuous looking for their target audience of young girls, but I'm not a parent so I don't really have the right to question what parents buy their kids.
