I live in West Philly and the only X-mas lights I've seen in my neighborhood are on the front of a restaurant...

I've seen the usual holiday displays from the same people who light their homes each year.
But my house has a bit less outside lights up this year.

It seems about the same number of lights in my area.

We are relatively alone on our stretch of the street, but then the real estate crunch has hit Cephiro hard, and so three of our 4 neighbors' houses are actually vacant and for sale. But on the main drag it's still Viva Las Vegas!

i actually put up decorations this year (for once) but vandals stole them and destroyed our display.
so, no use putting up anymore decorations for us.

I've never lived in this area before. I was actually very surprised after Thanksgiving at how many lights there were. All the trees on the property of the high rises that I live next to are decorated.
