Ack, I lied! Yoiko has even less art up in galleries! Heck, it's hard to even find information about it. From what I understand, it has a bit of a pedo vibe, since the main character is a 10 year old girl with the body of a college student. I only bought the cel I have for the crunched grey car, though. :D

Wow...you actually have a cel from Yoiko! That's pretty neat.

I stumbled on that title last year when I was going through ANN and finding anime titles for MAL input. I was surprised to see at the time that NO ONE at MAL had the show listed as being seen by them (I hadn't seen it either). It's unusual to have a MAL anime entry without it being mentioned as being seen by anyone.

Apparently Yoiko is pretty obscure. "Yoiko" is kind of like the opposite of "Asatte no Houkou". "Asatte no Houkou" was mostly slice-of-life drama while "Yoiko" was an ecchi comedy.

There used to be four episodes of Yoiko on Youtube, but I don't know about now. It's a nice cel. /no1

A couple of years ago when I bought that cel, gzvega had a lot of them up for sale on Ebay. I don't think anyone was buying, though . . .

I guess I shouldn't be too surprised by that. If an anime never had a release from it in English (commercial or fansub) usually few people feel like collecting from it or watching it. (English speakers I mean)

It can be a lonely collecting existence I tell you! :bawl

It seems that our least popular shows (courtesy of the RS search engine) are:

Disgaea - A series of games & an anime
iGPX - A joint CG venture between Production I.G. and Cartoon Network
Zoids - Several anime series, though our art is from the Zoids Fuzors show.

I thought Hamtaro was less popular, too, but there are a handful of galleries with art from it :).

My long-time unknown cel was finally identified as one from the PP hentai title 'Kigurumi Sentai Kiltian':

I also helped ID three more cels from KSK at two other RS galleries: vrillusions and fetish4minx. No one else @ RS has a cel from that show (believe me, I looked).

Oban Star Racers - I'm currently the only one who has production art made public from this unique series. I remember seeing another gallery that had art from that section(I was even surprised that they used my series description for it) but now it's gone.

Beyblade - Only saw a handful of galleries that have production art for it.

Digimon - I haven't uploaded that section yet but only a few galleries pop up during a search.

LOL - yes! My hubby is a big fan of the Disgaea games -- I believe he has them all. Disgaea 3 definitely is not a disappointment -- we both loved the latest storyline ;). My avatar is my tribute to how much I loved the characters (especially Champloo--the chef in my avatar :rollin)

I am currently the only gallery on RS that has Papa to Kiss in the Dark. And I'm one of 9 galleries to feature DN Angel. (based on the various search queries I did) I used to collect Spiral but no longer do. That series only has 4 galleries currently.

As far as I can tell my "Burning Blood" Harmony cel is the only thing around from the show.

Thanks, just added more Utsunomiko cels, yesterday. :D

As for the Animatrix sketches, because of the source, they're probably the result of work subcontracted out to studio BONES.

That's a really great section of your site! Yeah, I'd like to get some, too ... but the last time I saw any they were on Anicyo. However, I do have a cel (that I need to scan :emb ) from Taro the Dragon Boy, of Taro's mom as a dragon.

A huge number of the series I collect are rarely collected. The ones that I see least frequently are Bonobono and Ninpen Manmaru. Heck I own the only Manmaru cels I've ever seen ;)
