Whoa, now. Please don't use my Photoshop edits, especially not without asking. EDIT: Thanks again for taking it down, and no hard feelings. It was cool that people on all "sides" were putting effort into this thread. I'm glad I participated: it was a good chance to use some of my rusty PS skills. END EDITkathpatty wrote:img
However, if you had asked, I would have refused, because I'd rather see you put original stuff together, like what you did with your slant on what Motoko might be looking at with her visor/head gear.
Heh, I posted about sparkles twice, but I guess I needed to use the F word to be noticed.miz ducky wrote:Is anyone else REALLY F-ING SICK of sparkles?
Or how about seeing the same thing over and over and over again?
I'm done with this thread.

One rule I have about effects is, if it's too easy to do (couple clicks to "apply effect"), other people can tell. It's kind of like using the cloud effect in Photoshop to simulate clouds (well, worse, since the sparkles are all animated). The cloud effect can sort of work in some situations, but you still have to hand edit it quite a bit. Can't just apply and go and have it look like anything but a cheap fast food drive through effect.
Now, I like that one.

Hopefully, I can come up with another image edit or two, but I have less free time on weekends.
