Corrections

Hello... I was wondering does anyone know a fancel/cel artist that can do correction layers? Some work I would need done is

1) line correction
2) partial cel correction
3) airbrush (for smoke effect) correction

Things of that nature... Thanks all! Would also love someone who can take background commissions...

Kagejin does corrections. She has an airbrush, too.
