Japanese translation request

Hello,

I received this piece of acetate with a CCS background that I had purchased a while ago. Unfortunately, my understanding of kanjii is not very good, so any help translating this would be helpful.

This was about as much as I could get out of it--maybe someone else can help fill in the blanks or correct if anything is off.

"Sorry--the sky, forest and ground are taking up the majority of the scene. As much as possible, try to keep it one color. Drawing on just the border is difficult. I tried to think of what other cut I could use it for but it didn't work out. (?) In this scene, you don't have to worry about the narrow things but for the large things it's difficult. Please fix it--thanks."

After the star at the bottom, the writer wants something changed to blue (don't know what that is, it looks like a line with a "W" under it to me), but he or she doesn't care if the other colors are left the same.
