Since I'm the queen of sending out feelers, I just thought I'd see who all is considering attending AWA. Anyone? Anyone?

It's been a plan for me to go with the kids, since we try to go every year. We don't live to far from it only about 2 1/2 hrs away by car. But we moving this summer up north so it went from a go to a maybe of going there, but then never know might be a good idea same time to visit family and friends down here since it's home afterall. ^_^

The only reason I go to out of state cons is to see friends, but this year I PMd several people asking about their hotel plans thinking maybe I could split a room with someone who I knew was already going. I didn't hear back from anyone.

Not even a "sorry I can't". So that spoke volumes to me. I may still go to AX, but who knows. I'll probably be happy just doing the usual Denver con. Y'all have fun!

You didn't ask me, but now since I'm not sure if I'm able to make it would be of no use, would it?!?

If I'm going I probably stay with family that doesn't live to far from ATL, especially since my nephew is into anime anyway so I would take him along with my kids. ^_^

Scratches Head!! I don't remember you ever asking me
about a hotel room either. Although, if you did, I probably was
having my own issues at the time and was unsure if I was even
going.

Besides, you have never answered me about rooming at AX.

I hadn't planned on going because they never have any Japanese guests, but if there will be some sort of cels/ forum folks gathering, it might be fun to show up for it.

I live in Atlanta and if it's where I think it is (the trinity of Peachtree Center hotels) I have free parking because I work down there...
