So some people know I've had a lot going on in my life. Well....I recently sold a sketch of May from Tenjo Tenge and sent it to the buyer. Then I realize I accidentally sent a wishlist sketch from a different set of Tenjo Tenge with it! I emailed the buyer after seeing it updated on their site and felt terrible, but now feel like a totall dumbass having to ask them to please mail it back and I'll send payment for shipping. I'm crossing my fingers that they'll be understanding. I don't see why not since it's a rare shot and obviously not part of the set, but I'm still so mad at myself. I can't believe I did this.
Anyone else ever have these 'special' moments?

Back when I was in college, I worked as a middleman for a Japanese Pokemon card dealer in Japan. At the time, those cards were going for insanely high prices($500 for a B-day Pikachu..?!). The dealer would allow me to keep a card from each kind for compensation. I put an auction up for both versions of the 'Ancient Mew' card and an auction up for the first version. I ended up sending the winner of the first version card the set with both types and, of course, the buyer never mentioned anything about it. So, when the rightful auction winner paid for the both types, I ended up having to send the one I was given.
But now that the cards are not as valuable, it would not be difficult to replace...
Oy. I am so praying that the buyer will be understanding. Soooo praying. I just can't believe I did it. I look at how many years I've been doing this and still can't believe I did it. Like you said....the buyer never mentioned the extra sketch. I happened to catch it on their update and freaked after I realized what I had done.
I'm really freaking out right now.

Actually I was on the receiving end of a similar situation. Got a package with the sketches I bought, and came with a bunch of bonus sketches too! But hidden in one of cardboards was another sketch. It threw a red flag in my head since it was sort of ... well, not packed with everything else. So I e-mailed the seller and lo and behold, she sent it by accident. I had no problem mailing something like that back. I hope your buyer will feel the same.

GK, I'm praying they realize the error, too. It's possible they simply don't have the sensitivity (I don't mean that disparagingly). Some folks don't have that light bulb that goes off in their heads.
If this person wants to continue doing business with you, then s/he will do the right thing.

I'm surprised that they didn't even say "thank you" for something that came in package that they didn't buy. That way you would of known and not find out by an update that you sent a sketch that you never intended to sell.
I hope that the person that bought your other tenten will send your sketch back that you sent by mistake.
I don't see any reason for somebody not to send something back that you didn't sell to them in first place. Plus you paying for shipping it back.
Well I just heard from the buyer and thankfully she's being very understanding. She's willing to send the sketch back, but of course I need to find the 3rd sketch now that should have been sent. I just still can't believe I did this. Damn I feel like such a retard.
