Ok 4 days left to sign up.
The latest to let me know he's coming is none other than Jason (noisywalrus) the founder of Rubberslug who is flying in just to be a part of the party.
I look forward to a fun time for all.
1 week to AX and counting

yay! slugfest!
Finally! I get to go to Slugfest! Woohoo!
I'll be showing up Friday at around noonish and leaving Saturday about the same time. It sucks that I don't get to stay longer, but I should be able to bring some loot to give away. I should be milling about the convention before Slugfest on Friday afternoon as well... provided the flight isn't delayed or anything.
I'm putting in some serious work into Rubberslug in July (already moved just about all the images out to Amazon last week... 800k+ images!) so I'll need the community's help getting me up to speed on what you want and what's not working. Seriously -- you all probably know more about how the site works than I do. Flame away at the negligent admin in person!
See you all at dinner. *waves*

Hope everything goes well for you guys.
We are having another cooler than normal year where I'm at (compared to weather in the 90s and 00s at least). L.A. International airport said that they had the lowest high temperature for the month of June since they've been keeping records. For some reason we've been getting more ocean breeze the last two years than any time in my recent memory. It's bad for selling air conditioners at our store, but it's nice when I'm walking outside since I normally feel overheated to begin with.
The L.A. Convention Center is further inland, but hopefully it won't be too warm over there for you guys at the convention.
Have fun everyone.
