How should rilezu's be entered in the cel awards?

Looking at the current poll I think we would be better off creating a series of different polls that further break things down.

We have plenty of time to make sure we get things right before the next cel awards happen.

Currently the top 2 in the current poll show different things.
1. That when Rilezu's are entered alone a large number believe it would be ok to have them in all catagories.
2. When Rilezu's are grouped with reproduction cels a large number believe they should be only allowed in 1 catagory.

It shows that the main sticking point involves reproduction cels.

I would suggest we do a series of 1 week long polls with the following questions to be voted on.
1. ________ are allowed to be entered in all catagories.
2. ________ are only allowed in there own catagory.
3. ________ should not be allowed at all.

One week do Reproduction cels the next Rilezu cels.

Then we should have a guideline to work with.

Joe has a great idea, but why not run both polls concurrently? Start two different polls, just as Joe outlined, one each for rilezu and reproduction cels, and allow both to run for one week. I'm sure everyone is capable of voting and/or voicing their opinions for each topic in the same time frame. This way we can put this issue to rest and move on to some of the other issues that have been raised.
